How to use the CleanTech UVC Sanitizer Bag
1. Unzip the UVC bag and put the items to disinfect on the Metal Tray. Keep them dry.
2. Close the zipper, connect the USB Cord to 5V/2A charging plug or power bank.
3. Click the disinfection button to start. From the clear window in the middle of the bag, see the UVC lamp beads light on.
4. Wait for 3 to 5 minutes of rapid disinfection and odor removal.
5. After 5 mins of disinfection, the UV-C light automatically turns off. The sterilized items can be taken out.

When will my order ship?
All orders usually ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted. As soon as the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
Saturday and Sunday are not business days. The shipping window will begin on the following Monday for all orders placed over the weekend.
What are the shipping options?
We offer free shipping within the US. Replaceable HEPA Filter is now available for shipping worldwide, an additional $25 fee will apply.
How long will the delivery take?
Domestic Orders
Typically, your package should reach you within 3-5 business days from the day the order is shipped.
International Orders
Your package should reach you within 14 business days from the day the order is shipped. You'll recieve an email notification should there be an unexpected delay on your shipment delivery.
Note: Carriers are operating with an expected delay due to COVID-19. Certain locations, especially larger cities, are experiencing additional delays due to labor shortages. What if my order is marked delivered but is nowhere to be found?
After a package has been marked as Delivered and the package can not be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure FedEx will not make another attempt for delivery.

Outstanding
Very easy to use and set up. I used a Cure UV test strip, and it completely turned green, meaning that it does what it is supposed to do. My masks actually smell better, probably because it kills the bacteria that tries to grow in it, after hours of use. And is big enough for my keys, glasses and phone to get zapped and cleaned. Would recommend. :)

I was surprised how large it was
It not huge by any stretch of the imagination (did not read the size specs) but big enough for a lot of items. It is also like a piece of IKEA furniture_ it folds flat. The timer is also a cool function. I have put my glasses , watches, remotes, etc into the container. The only complaint is I have trouble sometimes with the magnetic latch but I am old with faulty fingers. I cannot tell you if it works in killing pathogen (don't have a lab). Would I by it again, sure would.
